Here it is, Week 10 of "From where I stand"
Week 10!!!!!!!!
woohoo, I am proud to be still going strong on this
I am loving every minute of documenting the hum drum and the missed minutes in a day, as that is what most of my photos are
they are not necessarily the big events in a day but a small snippet and that is what I love about doing this the most
So here are where my feet have taken me this week
Day 61/365 - Watching the Oscars, I love awards shows (hey Brad Pitt I am over here, yoo hoo)
Day 62/365 - Pizza for dinner, I was starting to not feel good, sore throat and stuffy nose, so no cooking for me
Day 63/365 - Hubs asked me to fill his truck as he still couldn't drive after falling off his bike while cycling and training to do the MS150 at the weekend - we are a pair! me with my sinus infection and him with his cuts and grazes
Day 64/365 - third day of sinus infection, I am determined to not go and get antibiotics, so hot lemon and honey it is
Day 65/365 - Hubs had an awards dinner so he was out, so my boy requested McDonald's for dinner, why does junk food become so appealing when I have been ill, on the upside my sinuses are clearing slightly (Hello Big Mac)
Day 66/365 - So after eating like a junk food train all week, I decided to jumped on the "pulling oil" craze to see if it will help my sinuses and other immune and thyroid issues I have been having - it's early days but we will see
Day 67/365 - Chillin' having breakfast while waiting on my Sister in Australia to wake up so we can Facetime, she will be here in less than a week with her boyfriend, I am so excited - by the way I have a long wait, its 8.50am with me on Saturday and 12.50am on Sunday with her, wake up!!!!!
Now pop on over to The Boy and Me and check out some other great blogs that are taking part in the 365 Project this year - just click on the "365" logo below

ReplyDeleteI am better, hope you are all better too :)
DeleteI do hope your feeling much better now?? how exciting that your sister will be with you soon .. does it mean that week there will be 2 sets of feet?
ReplyDeleteYes, there will be 3 sets of feet on most days and then 5 sets on other days lol - she was warned she will be featured in my feet photos a lot, along with her boyfriend ;)
DeleteI always crave junk when I'm ill - usually sweets but a McDs would do. Love the clocks :)
ReplyDeleteYes, junk makes us feel better somehow lol,
DeleteI love the clocks... Might have to steal that idea :) Junk food always tastes better when you're feeling a bit rubbish, hope you're starting to feel a bit better now x
ReplyDeleteYou should steal the idea Sara, it's a nice way to feel connected to home
DeleteI'm joining the queue saying we need the extra clocks too! Love the shot of the feet relaxing with Brad Pitt and the Oscars.
ReplyDeleteYes, most of us International travelers need those clocks, don't we, we need to keep track lol
Deletewow at the clocks, didnt realise people actually have 3 time zone clocks on their walls. and I love all the archways behind them, your room looks massive. Coconut oil makes great dairy free biscuits. Oh dear at the sinus infection, and ouch at your poor husband.
ReplyDeleteLol yes the clocks!! My hubby put those archways in himself, he is my DIY hero :) he is feeling better and talking of riding his bike again at the weekend. I need to look into the coconut oil biscuits :) sounds yum!
DeleteI do love a bit of junk food when poorly.
ReplyDeleteHoping the coconut oil works
Me too, don't know why lol , hope it works too
DeleteMmm them pizzas look good, I hope you are feeling better x
ReplyDeleteI am feeling better, thanks Cathy
DeleteI definitely need the clocks. At least four of them.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving your FWIS photos! You're doing a great job of telling a story with every one. :)
Hope you're feeling better, and that hubby's scrapes and bruises are healing up!
Thanks Peg, coming from you it's a compliment since I have loved your feet photo for a couple of years now :) you do need the clocks, I need more too but don't have room, I need a New Zealand time zone and a Canada time zone too lol. And yes hubs is getting better, there is talk of getting back on the bike this weekend
DeleteHope you are feeling much better now. Love the idea of your feet in the pictures, also loving your clocks!
ReplyDeleteFeeling way better, thanks :)
DeleteLook at all those clocks! hope you are feeling better. So is it true? Everyone in Texas drives a truck :)
